Summer Bright Tee
The top is created with two pieces knitted separately and then seamed at the shoulders and sides. The back is 5 cm longer than the front, but the rest of the pattern is worked the same.
Only knit and purl stitches, so is very easy to make!
While we would like to offer a simple yarn estimate in our custom patterns, however, the amount of yarn you will need will depend on choices you make like whether to make the garment a cropped or tunic length. We've anticipated that, and we have created charts that allow you to estimate yarn needed based on your choice of wieght as well as length. Please refer to our yarn estimation charts and read the article for helpful hints on how to estmate the amount of yarn you will need.
With a custom pattern, you may use any weight yarn. The sample used:
5 balls 50 g thick cotton yarn, lime green
5 balls 50 g thick cotton yarn, white
The original design was created in a gauge of 3 stitches and 4 rows per inch in stockinette.
