Notions

• 4 mm (US size 6) circular needles in preferred cable length.
  
• 3.5 mm (US size 4) for ribbing. Preferred needles for small circumference knitting (DPN or circular) in both sizes. Needle size as needed to achieve gauge in colour work section.
• Darning needle
• 14 - 18 Stitch Marker
• waste yarn for putting sts on hold.

Gauge

20 stitches and 27 rows = 10 cm

In inches: 5 st and 7 rows

When making a gauge swatch, work in stockinette in the round. Be sure to check your in-the-round gauge as well as this is often different than plain stockinette. Failing to get these two gauges to match can make for an awkward fitting sweater.
