Deleting your account on KnitFit™ will permanently remove all of your account details and user data (including measurement profiles, purchased designs, generated patterns, groups, friends, etc.). This data cannot be recovered. If you wish to resume using our services, you will be treated as a new user and start from scratch.
You don’t need to delete your account to cancel your paid subscription!
If you’d like to keep your user data but stop paying for your premium subscription, you can still maintain a free membership indefinitely. This will allow you to keep one single measurement profile, all of your purchased designs, previously-generated patterns, groups, and friends. You will no longer be able to add more measurement profiles or generate new patterns without purchase. You can also renew your subscription at any time.

The following steps will permanently delete your account and all associated data from KnitFit™.
Guide to Delete Your Account
- Log in to Your Account:
Open a web browser and go to https://knitfitco.com/web/login (this link will open in a new tab).
Enter your username and password.
Click the Login button.
- Navigate to Account Settings:
Once logged in, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Find the Account Deletion Option
In the Account Settings menu, scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
Click on Delete Account.
- Confirm Account Deletion
After selecting Delete Account, you will be prompted to confirm your decision.
Please read the confirmation message carefully
If you are certain you want to proceed, click Confirm or Yes, Delete My Account.
- Enter Password (if required)
Re-enter your password to confirm the deletion.
Enter your password in the provided field and click Confirm.
- Final Confirmation Email
You might receive an email confirming the deletion.
- Logout (Optional)
Once your account is deleted, it’s recommended to log out from the website.
Important Notes
- Permanent Action: Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account or any associated data.
- Subscription Services: If you have any active subscriptions, make sure to cancel them before deleting your account.
